What's included in the price?
Standard 4–5 hour music event, with delivery within 15 minutes of downtown Austin, setup and breakdown. Beyond that zone, delivery is $2 per mile, added to the balance.
Can you run the sound for us?
Yes. Add a front-of-house sound engineer at checkout: $75 per hour for the event plus 1 hour of soundcheck, with a 4-hour minimum. Ideal for live bands, multiple acts and anything with mics and monitors.
How does the deposit work?
You pay 50% online to lock your date. The 50% deposit locks your date and is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, we will move your deposit to another open date. The remaining 50%, plus any delivery mileage beyond the included zone, is due on the day of the event.
My event is longer than 5 hours, or it is a festival.
Festivals, extended events, full production, lighting and long-term rentals are quoted individually. Use the quote form on the homepage or email moprocrew@gmail.com.
How far ahead can I book online?
Online booking opens 2 days out and runs up to a year ahead. Need sound sooner? Use the same-day page and we will give you a fast yes or no.
