We're an audio company, and we say so. If your event needs LED walls or projection, we'll coordinate cleanly with your video vendor. We just won't pretend to be one.

Do you provide video, projectors or LED walls?
No. We are an audio company. We coordinate with your video or staging vendor so everything integrates, but we do not rent screens or projection.
How many wireless microphones can you run?
Tell us the agenda and we will spec it: handhelds for Q&A, lavaliers for presenters, and headsets for anyone moving on stage. We plan frequencies and spares so nothing drops mid-session.
Do we need an engineer for a conference?
Yes, if there are multiple presenters, a panel or any playback. Someone has to open the right mic at the right moment and catch feedback before the room hears it.
Can you work in hotels and the convention center?
Yes. Hotel and convention venues have their own dock schedules, in-house vendor rules and load-in windows. Send us the venue and we will plan around them.
Can the same system handle the after-party?
Often yes. We can spec a system that runs clean speech for the program and then brings in low end for the party, so there is one vendor and one reset.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as the date and venue are set. Conference season and December holiday parties book up first.
