Prices cover a 4 to 5 hour event with delivery within 15 minutes of downtown Austin, setup and breakdown. Waco is beyond that zone, so $2 per mile (one way) is added, and you see one total before you pay a deposit. A front-of-house engineer is $75 an hour with a four-hour minimum.

What Waco events look like

• Baylor-area events. Baylor’s McLane Stadium holds 50,223 people and sits on the Brazos River, and game weekends bring parties, tailgates and rooftop gatherings. Stadium events run under their own rules, but private parties around town are a natural fit for a real system.
• Magnolia-season events. Magnolia Market at the Silos hosts seasonal events, including Silobration each late October, which the market says regularly draws more than 30,000 guests. Visitors mean parties, receptions and gatherings around it.

How booking works

1. Tell us the date, the place, the crowd and what is playing.
2. Get one quote for the rig, travel and extras.
3. A 50% deposit locks the date. You receive a receipt, then an invoice for the balance due on the day.
4. We arrive early, set up, tune and soundcheck, then break down and drive home.
