How out-of-town pricing works
Every package includes delivery within 15 minutes of downtown Austin, setup and breakdown. Beyond that, delivery is $2 per mile (one way), so the cost is easy to estimate: miles times $2, one way. Rough examples: San Marcos about $60, Killeen about $140, San Antonio about $160, Waco about $200, Houston about $330, Dallas and Fort Worth about $390 to $400. We confirm the exact mileage from your address. You see one total before you pay a deposit, and the 50% deposit locks the date.

What is worth the drive, and what is not
We are a good fit when you want a real system for a crowd of a couple hundred or more, when the event is outdoors, or when you want one crew for the DJ and the sound. For a tiny gathering with one speaker and a microphone, a local rental shop is usually cheaper, and we will say so.

How far will you travel for a sound system rental?
We are based in Austin and regularly travel three to four hours, including Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, Waco and Killeen. Ask about anything further.

Do I need a permit for amplified sound?
It depends on the city and the venue. Each city in our area has its own noise rules, so we link the official pages on each city's page. Ask the city or venue, since this is not legal advice.
