Every wedding package includes a DJ and MC, our own sound system, and setup and teardown. What changes from one to the next is how much of the day we cover and how much production comes with it. Prices are for 2026 and 2027 in Austin, Texas.

The Reception, $1,795 (5 hours)
Cocktail hour, dinner and dancing, run by your DJ and MC.
- Basic monitor setup: self-powered 1,000W QSC 12” speakers on stands, basic mixer and mic (up to about 150 guests)
- Dance floor lighting
- 2 wireless mics for toasts
- A planning call and an online form
Upgraded sound — a bigger rig, more speakers, extra subs — is available for an additional charge.
The Full Day, $2,495 (6 hours, ceremony to send-off)
Our most booked package. Everything in The Reception, plus:
- Upgraded sound included — no extra charge
- Ceremony sound and a lapel mic
- 16 uplights in your colors
- Separate cocktail hour speakers
- Timeline sync with your planner
Outdoors, or anywhere the ceremony has no house sound, this is usually the one. One setup, one team, one timeline.
The Headliner, $3,695 (6 hours, full production)
Everything in The Full Day, plus:
- Sound: our Let’s Rumble rig — 6× dual 18” horn-loaded subs, 4× Turbosound Floodlight tops, up to about 1,000 guests
- 2 moving head lights
- Cold sparks for your first dance
- A custom dance floor monogram
Your DJ is also your sound engineer

Peak Saturdays
Peak Saturdays, March to June and September to December, carry a $2,000 minimum. That lifts The Reception from $1,795 to $2,000 on those dates; The Full Day and The Headliner are already above it. Other days, including Fridays, Sundays and Saturdays from January to February and July to August, are priced as listed.

How to choose
- Small garden wedding, ceremony handled elsewhere: The Reception.
- Ceremony and reception at the same venue, or an outdoor ceremony: The Full Day.
- 200 or more guests, or you want the full show: The Headliner, with extra subs for the size of the crowd.
- Something else, like ceremony sound only or multiple locations: send a quote request and we will price it.
Travel and details
Travel outside Austin is quoted with your event and added to the balance. Ranch and Hill Country weddings are covered on our ranch wedding DJ page, and we serve towns around Austin from Round Rock to Dripping Springs.

What sound system is included?
The Reception includes a basic monitor setup: self-powered 1,000W QSC 12" speakers on stands, a basic mixer and a mic, good for up to about 150 guests. Upgraded sound is available on The Reception for an additional charge, and is already included in The Full Day. The Headliner steps up further to our Let's Rumble rig, good for up to about 1,000 guests.
How does the deposit work?
50% locks your date and the rest is due on the day. The deposit is non-refundable, and if you need a different date we move it to another open date.
Can we add lighting or a photo booth?
Yes. Uplights ($350), moving heads ($300 a pair), cold sparks ($950 a pair), dancing on a cloud ($595), a custom monogram ($400), a 3-hour photo booth ($895), extra subs ($250) and extra hours ($295) can be added. Anything your package already includes is left out.
What about travel outside Austin?
Travel outside Austin is quoted with your event and added to the balance.
