We can't promise every same-day request. This is one system, and if it's already out, it's out. What we can promise is a fast, honest answer, so you're not waiting on us while the clock runs.
If the answer is yes, you get the same thing as a planned booking: a real system, set up and tuned by someone who has done this for 30 years. Not whatever was left on a rental shelf.

Can you really do same-day sound rental?
When the system is not already booked, yes. It is one system, so we cannot guarantee every request, but we will give you a fast, honest yes or no.
How fast can you get there?
It depends on where you are in the Austin area and what the setup involves. We will give you a realistic arrival and ready time when we confirm, not an optimistic guess.
What should I send?
Address, start time, rough headcount, indoor or outdoor, and what happened: a failed system, a cancelled vendor or a bigger crowd than planned. That is enough to decide.
Our system failed mid-event. Can you replace it?
If we are free, yes. We bring a complete system rather than patching the broken one, which is usually faster and far more reliable.
Does same-day cost more?
Last-minute work can involve rush crew and scheduling, which we will spell out when we quote. No surprises on the invoice.
Do you travel outside Austin for same-day calls?
Closer is more realistic for same-day. For events farther out, the earlier you ask, the better your odds.
