Beyond the included zone, delivery is $2 per mile (one way), added to the balance. San Antonio is close enough that the mileage is modest, and you get one total before you pay. A 50% deposit locks the date. A front-of-house sound engineer is $75 an hour with a four-hour minimum.

Fiesta and the San Antonio calendar

Fiesta San Antonio is an annual April festival that has run since 1891. Visitor sites list the 2027 dates as April 15 to 25, with more than 100 events, and nearly 100 local nonprofits host official events. Confirm the dates on the official Fiesta site. San Antonio’s noise rules: what the city says

San Antonio regulates noise in Chapter 21, Article III of its code of ordinances. Reported figures from summaries of the ordinance include residential limits around 63 dBA by day and 56 dBA at night, and quiet hours starting at 10 p.m. Sunday to Thursday and 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Along the River Walk and Market Square the code has special standards: speakers and amplified music cannot be placed where they are visible from the river, and noise is capped at 72 dBA and 80 dBC. Amplified sound projected outside a building can also need a permit, depending on the location.

Weather and gear in South Texas

San Antonio summers are hot and long, and afternoon storms can appear quickly. We plan shade and airflow for amplifiers, set up early so tuning is done before the heat peaks, and want to know your rain plan before the day. Tell us early if you have a tent, patio or covered area.

What makes San Antonio events different

San Antonio is a city of celebrations. Families here host large gatherings for weddings, quinceañeras, graduations and church events, and many of them combine speeches, live music and dancing in the same night. That means the sound system needs to do three jobs well:

1. Clear speech, so toasts, prayers and announcements are understood at the back of the room.
2. Warm background music during meals and mingling.
