We have been in music and sound for 30 years. We will look at your room, your capacity and your calendar, and put together a long-term rental that fits: a weekend residency, a season, or a standing preferred-vendor arrangement for your private events.

Delivery beyond 15 minutes of downtown Austin: $2 per mile, added to the balance. Add a front-of-house sound engineer: $75/hr, 4-hr minimum. The 50% deposit locks your date and is non-refundable. If you need to change the date, we will move your deposit to another open date.
Can you install a sound system in our venue long-term?
Yes. We do long-term rentals where the rig stays at your venue for a season, a residency or a run of events. Send the quote form with your capacity and calendar and we will set up a walk-through.
How is long-term venue rental priced?
It depends on the size of the rig, the length of the agreement and how much engineering support you need. It is quoted after we see the room.
Can you be our preferred outside audio vendor?
Yes. When your clients need more than your house system, we can be the crew you refer them to. We learn your room and your load-in once.
What system do you use?
Turbosound Floodlight tops over horn-loaded 18-inch subwoofers. The full system is rated for about 1,000 people and scales down for smaller rooms.
Can we try it for one night first?
Yes. Book one of the standard packages for a single event, then talk to us about a longer arrangement.
