The West Pole of the Earth
In 2007 the Texas Legislature declared the “West Pole of the Earth” to be in Bee Cave, and Bee Cave is also the canonical birthplace of the Engineer from Team Fortress 2. It is a fun bit of local trivia, and a fun backdrop for a party: a “West Pole” themed gathering does not need a bigger system, just one that sounds clear.
The Hill Country Galleria
The Hill Country Galleria is a 1.3-million-square-foot lifestyle center where Bee Cave Road, RM 620 and Hwy 71 meet. It hosts more than 150 community events a year, including concert series at its amphitheater, the Bee Cave Farmers Market, the Pecan Street Festival (moved there in 2025), Trunk or Treat, a haunted trail and Bee Cave on Ice. It’s private property with its own production, so anything there goes through Galleria management. Near the Galleria, private gatherings at homes and offices are our territory.
An International Dark-Sky Community
Bee Cave was designated an International Dark-Sky Community in April 2023, the seventh in Texas and the 39th in the world. Evening events on hillside lots run under low lighting, so plan cable routes and stage position in daylight.

RM 620, Bee Cave Road and Hwy 71 all meet here, and traffic on those roads is heavy at rush hour and on weekends. We schedule load-in around it.
